Hello guyz out there this is the first time i am going to start blogging or started writing blog .Since so many months i m plannning to do so but i  wasn’t ready for it but finally today i realised that i should give my self a start to open up and communicate to the beautifull and talented people out there I m going to share my personalexperience  ,travel experience my thoughts ,idea ,my hobby of cooking ,and about QATAR (middle east)

Ramzan special Recipes

Today will be sharing some recipes which will help u in ramzan and those are my fav tooo so lets being 

SPRING CHICKEN its a simple recipe to make chicken bhajiyas/pakodes  to make this u need

Chicken      500gms cut into small pieces

Egg     4 only white part

Gingergarlic paste  1tbspn

Green chilly paste   1/2tspn

Black pepper   1/2 tbspn

Corn flour  4 tbspn

All purpose flour   4 tbspn

Salt to taste

Oil for frying

Method

Seprate egg white from egg add all the spices to it all both the flours to it and make a nice batter then add chicken cubes to it mix everything nicely and keep it for marinate for about 3 hrs 

 Heat oil in a  kadai and as u put your bajiyas the same way fry them too

Crispy fried ladyfingers

Hello everyone back with another exciting recipe hope u will like it and try them too

To prepare this u need 

Ladyfinger       1/2kg  washed and wiped 

Crushed cumin powder     1 tbspn

Crushed corriander powder    1 tbspn

Chat masala powder    1 tbspn

Chilly powder     1 1/2tbspn

Turmeric powder    1/4 tspn

Salt to taste

Gram flour (besan)     2 tbspn

Lemon             1 

Corn flour    2 tbspn

Oil      for frying

METHOD

Wash ur ladyfinger and wipe it off with cotton cloth to remove all the excess water then add all the spices to it and keep it a side

When ur ready to fry them that time add lemon  juice gram flour and corn flour and mix them properly

 In a pan add oil when the oil is nicely heated  then add ur ladyfinger gardually so that u will get them crispy once its done sprinkle some chat masala and enjoy them 

Chicken Tikka Masala

Hello everyone i m back with another exciting experiment of mine 

This time i made curry which is highly requested in indian resturant by diffrent class of people 

So lets begin 

For making this dish u need

INGREDIENTS

Chicken       1/2kg      withbones /boneless as per ur                    like and  prefrences

Lemon juice     2 tbsp

Salt          1 tsp

Chilli powder     1 tsp

Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp

FOR GRAVY

Yoghurt         1/2cup

Cream            1/4 cup

Onion              2 medium  (blended)

Tomatoes        3 (blended)

Salt                 1/2 tsp

Turmeric  powder       1/2tsp

All spice powder        1tsp

Cumin seed                  1tsp

Ginger garlic paste       1tsp

Butter          2 tbsp

Oil               1/4cup

Tandoori masala      1tbspn

METHOD

Marinate chicken with salt ,lemonjuice ,chilipowder and gingergarlic paste for 30 mins

Heat butter in pan add marinated chicken  cook it for 10 min remove and keep it aside

In the same pan heat oil add cumin seeds then add blended onion fry it until it changes it colour to golden brown

Add ginger garlic paste chili powder,turmeric powder,salt and blended tomatoes

Cook till mixture is thick

Then add cream yoghurt and all spices powder,tandoori masala and cooked chicken

And ur chicken tikka masala is ready

Granish it with some choped coriander leaves and serve it with rice or nan

Chilly chicken

Hello everyone how are u all 

I m back with  another recipe from my kitchen hope u all will enjoy it 

For making chilly chicken u have to marinate ur chicken for that u need

Boneless chicken          500gms cut into cubes

Egg                            1

Corn flour               2 tbspn

All purpose flour     1 tbspn

Salt                           1/2tspn

Chilly garlic sauce      1 tbspn

Black pepper            1/2tspn

Oil for frying

Mariante ur chicken and keep it aside for 20 min by the time prepare the item u will need to make gravy

Ginger choped         1 tbspn

Garlic chopped         1 tbspn

Green chilly          3/4

Green capsicum     1 cut into cubes

Onion                        1 cut into cubes

Spring onion            1/2 cup

Soya sauce              1 1/2 tbspn

Chilly garlic sauce      2 tbspn

Vinegar        1 tspn

Olive oil       4 tbspn

Salt to taste 

Corn flour       2tbspn mixed with half cup of                                                  water

Firstly fry ur chicken and keep it aside 

For gravy take pan add olive oil add ginger ,garlic and chilly to it stir it until they change their colour then add all the sauces to it and stir it nicely .

Add onions and capsicum to it and fry them nicely 

When veggies are fried add ur fried chicken pieces and toss them nicely on high flame if u want to have dry chilly chicken then at this stage ur done just serve it hot with fries 

For gravy add 2 cups of water and wait until it comes to a boil 

Then add the cornflour mixture when u see the gravy is thicken off ur flame and garnish it with spring onions and serve with naan or parthas 

Fluffy Pan Cakes

Hello everyone how are u all 

Today i m going to share the recipe of my fav breakfast 

I have heard from lots of people that sometime there pancakes get flat or hard or some or the other thing i though of helping u guyz by sharing my recipe and method may be it will be helpfull for u guyz out there 

So lets being formaking pan cake i segregate the ingredient into two dry and wet ingredient 

Firstly combine ur dry ingredient such as 

All purpose flour         1 cup

Baking powder           1 tbspn

Caster sugar                  3 tbspn 

Salt                                   a pinch

Mix all this ingredients propely and keep it a side

Now mix dry ingredient in other bowl

Egg                          1

Milk                         1 cup

Melted butter          2 tbspn

Vanilla essence         1 tspn

Incorporate everthing nicely then gradually add dry ingredients to it  

 Your batter will be ready 

Take a frying pan and brush with little butter on medium heat then pour the batter according to you prefrence big small how you like cover ur pan when the bubble are seen just flip u pancake and ur done serve it with your choice of fruits ,honey , maplesyrup etc

JHAT PAT MASALA RICE (QUICK PULAV)

Hello everyone I m back with another exciting recipe expertimented by me by using leftover


So for making this jhat pat  masala rice u need to have 

Ingredients 

Left over rice  /Boiled rice   2 cups

Onion     1 choped

Cauliflower    100 gms

Carrot    1 choped into cubes

French beans    100gms

Muttor          1/2cup

Tomatoes     1 choped

Chicken   150 /200 gms in small cubes (optional if u want to or else u can make it with the help of veggies also )

Ginger garlic paste    1 1/2 tbspn

Pav bhaji masala     2 1/2 tbspn  (key ingredient)

Salt to taste 

Method

Take ur chicken and marinate it with 1/2 tspn of gingergalrlic paste and 1/2 tspn of pav bhaji masala and keep it a side until u cut ur veggies

Take a pan add oil to it and then add choped onions and fry it until transparent then add ginger garlic paste and chicken to it cover it for some time so that the chicken will be tender and soft then add all the veggies pav bhaji masala and incorporate them nicely 

Lastly add left over rice or boiled rice to it add 1/2 cup of water and cover the pan for 5 -10 min and ur done

Either u can serve it for lunchbox or can have it as a light meal in dinner with a bowl of soup 

Do try it with diffrent veggies like mushroom soyabean etc and let me know how was it 

BANG BANG SHRIMPS FRY

I m back with another exciting recipe for u all hope u will give it a try and will let me know how was it so moving to to the recipe all u need is 

INGREDIENTS 

Shrimps      20 -25 pieces 

Ginger garlic paste     1tbspn

Red chilly powder        1tbspn

Turmeric powder         1/4 tspn

Coriander powder        1/2 tbspn

Chat masala powder    3/4tbspn

Chilli sauce       1/2 tbspn

Salt to taste

Oil for frying

METHOD:-

Clean and Devein the prawns and wash it throughly than strain out excess water out of it or soak excess water with the help of tissue paper then add all the spices to it and marinate prawns atleast for 2 hrs 

Then in a seprate bowl take 3 tbspn of all puropse flour add 1/2tspn of chilli flake ,pinch of salt and black pepper and mix it nicely 

Take one prawn at a time and coat it with  all puropse flour make sure that u coat all the prawns nicely  and deep fry them immediately that u can enjoy the perfect crunch out of it

Sprinkle some chat masala powder on it and garnish it with few leaves of coriander

Serve it will some ketchup or green chutney

My fav fast food “PAV BHAJI”

Back with another exciting recipe from my MUM’S KITCHEN 

Since ages i m in love with this snack i think its almost everyone  fav snack to have in mumbai either in a resturstant or on a stalls 

Today i m sharing out my mums recipe for this most expected snack


For making pav bhaji at home u need to have 

Ingredients 

Onions      2 medium sliced

Cauliflowers   100gms

Green peas (muttor)  100gms

Potatoes       3

Green capsicum    1/2

Tomatoes      4 

Salt as needed

Ginger garlic paste      1 tbspn

Turmeric  powder  1/2tspn

Coriander powder    1/2  tspn

Oil        1/2 cup

Butter       4tbspn

Pav bhaji masala  2tbspn

METHOD

Boil all the vegetables  including potatoes and tomatoes in  pressure cooker by adding salt ,turmeric and coriander powder

After boiling smashed the vegetable nicely and keep it a side

Take a pan add oil and 2 tbsp of butter then add onions to it fry it until transparent then add ginger garlic paste and saute it nicely then add pav bhaji masala with little bit of water so that ur masala will not stick to the pan then after add smashed vegetables and keep it on low flame for good 20 min .Garnish it with some chopped onion and coriander leave and butter on top

Serve it will indian dinner rolls (pav) or else serve it with butter naan

Being a woman is just not an easy thing

A woman is a mother ,a housewife ,a teacher ,a doctor ,a daughter,a guardian,a socialworker and so on 

I dont think just a day is needed to show or mark up as a “HAPPY WOMENS DAY” i just dont agree with that a woman should be loved cared or gifted just for a day .We dont need some one to make us feel special just for a day if you want  and u really mean it then mark this 8 th of March  as a beginning to respect ,protect,care,love,encourage women’s around u

Being a women in this modern era it is our duty to love ourself ,respect ourself,value your decission,pamper ourself and motivate our self Just ignore the negativety around u which is making u inferior and demotivated 

An independent women know how to be lived happy for all the days in her life 

“Bcoz we women can love ourself ,raise ourself,win ourself and be ourself”

Our worth is not something that requires acknowledgement on ONE day outta 365.. We are rockstars on each one of them!

YUMMY “ITALIAN TIRAMISU”

Hello guyzz how are u all hope every one is having a great and happy life

Today i m going to share recipe of famous italian dessert  

TIRAMISU

which is my all time fav and i just love it to the core that’s why i tried to make it by my self as is love baking and cooking 

Experimenting with food give me pleasure and at same time happiness so i thought of sharing my experience will making it  

If u guyz are foodie like me please give it a try its so easy and amazing dessert 

So lets begin with the recipe 

INGREDIENTS:-

For this recipe we need to prepare 3 different things the first is spong cake then the mixture of coffee and at the last cream mixture.

1 oz =30gms

SPONGE CAKE:-

Eggs          3

Icing sugar     3 oz

All purpose flour  3oz

Baking powder    1/2tspn

Vanilla essence  3/4 drops

Method:-

In a bowl add eggs and beat it until it double up the size the add sugar to it and beat it nicely until the batter become fluffy and double the size the slow add all purpose flour ,baking powder and vanilla essence and fold the mixture with the help of spatula so that should be no lumps in it the batter should be nice and creamy 

FOR BAKING 

Take 2  8″ sandwich pan line it with butter paper and grease it with butter and then divide the batter into two equal proportions and then keep it in preheated oven at 180 degree for atleast 20-25 min

Keep it on cooling rack bcoz we dont need hot cake for this recipe if u have less time then place ur sandwich pan in refrigerator for 5 -10 min 

Moving on to the COFFEE SYRUP  we need

Instant coffee       1 1/2 tbspn 

Luke warm watet   3/4cup

Icing sugar    1 tbspn

Mix all the ingredients properly a nice coffee syrup will be ready which we are going to use for  moistening our sponge cake and this is key ingredient for the recipe 

Moving on to the cheese cream batter we need

Mascarpone cheese      8oz ( if u didn’t find that cheese at your place u can also use cream cheese insted)

Curd cheese     4oz u can easily make it at home by hanging the curd in a cotton cloth for alteast 5/7 ur curd cheese will be ready to use

Icing sugar    2oz

Fresh cream whipped      2cups 

For making the cream mixture 

Take a bowl add Mascarpone and curd cheese beat it nicely until it turn out creamy then add sugar and fresh whipped cream and beat the entire batter for 3 /4 min  ur  done creamy chesse batter will be ready

Now as all the steps are done its time to combine all of the to make a super blast dessert so for that it dependz on u how u want ur dessert to look like u can present it in shots glasses in tray or like how i use loose bottom pan so lets begin

First soak one layer of sponge with coffee syrup for atleast 4/5min then add mixture of cream on it after that add another layer of sponge cake  and pour the remaining  coffee syrup on that other layer of sponge cake and after that spread out the remaining cheese mixture evenly and keep the whole cake in refrigerator overnight so that the cream mixture will become stiff enough to hold the sponge at last sprinkle some cocoo powder on top of it for a good and tempted view
