Today i m going to share recipe of famous italian dessert
TIRAMISU
which is my all time fav and i just love it to the core that’s why i tried to make it by my self as is love baking and cooking
Experimenting with food give me pleasure and at same time happiness so i thought of sharing my experience will making it
If u guyz are foodie like me please give it a try its so easy and amazing dessert
So lets begin with the recipe
INGREDIENTS:-
For this recipe we need to prepare 3 different things the first is spong cake then the mixture of coffee and at the last cream mixture.
1 oz =30gms
SPONGE CAKE:-
Eggs 3
Icing sugar 3 oz
All purpose flour 3oz
Baking powder 1/2tspn
Vanilla essence 3/4 drops
Method:-
In a bowl add eggs and beat it until it double up the size the add sugar to it and beat it nicely until the batter become fluffy and double the size the slow add all purpose flour ,baking powder and vanilla essence and fold the mixture with the help of spatula so that should be no lumps in it the batter should be nice and creamy
FOR BAKING
Take 2 8″ sandwich pan line it with butter paper and grease it with butter and then divide the batter into two equal proportions and then keep it in preheated oven at 180 degree for atleast 20-25 min
Keep it on cooling rack bcoz we dont need hot cake for this recipe if u have less time then place ur sandwich pan in refrigerator for 5 -10 min
Moving on to the COFFEE SYRUP we need
Instant coffee 1 1/2 tbspn
Luke warm watet 3/4cup
Icing sugar 1 tbspn
Mix all the ingredients properly a nice coffee syrup will be ready which we are going to use for moistening our sponge cake and this is key ingredient for the recipe
Moving on to the cheese cream batter we need
Mascarpone cheese 8oz ( if u didn’t find that cheese at your place u can also use cream cheese insted)
Curd cheese 4oz u can easily make it at home by hanging the curd in a cotton cloth for alteast 5/7 ur curd cheese will be ready to use
Icing sugar 2oz
Fresh cream whipped 2cups
For making the cream mixture
Take a bowl add Mascarpone and curd cheese beat it nicely until it turn out creamy then add sugar and fresh whipped cream and beat the entire batter for 3 /4 min ur done creamy chesse batter will be ready
Now as all the steps are done its time to combine all of the to make a super blast dessert so for that it dependz on u how u want ur dessert to look like u can present it in shots glasses in tray or like how i use loose bottom pan so lets begin
First soak one layer of sponge with coffee syrup for atleast 4/5min then add mixture of cream on it after that add another layer of sponge cake and pour the remaining coffee syrup on that other layer of sponge cake and after that spread out the remaining cheese mixture evenly and keep the whole cake in refrigerator overnight so that the cream mixture will become stiff enough to hold the sponge at last sprinkle some cocoo powder on top of it for a good and tempted view
